Description of Services<\/h3>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->    <pee>Pier Cloud provides a comprehensive FinOps platform that enables enterprise users and partners to manage, optimize, govern, and modernize their cloud financial operations. The platform includes \u2014 but is not limited to \u2014 modules such as Lighthouse, CCA, Autofix, LIA, Space, Spot, SP Manager, and SkyLift.<\/pee><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] --><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->    <\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] --><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->    <\/p>\n<h3>3. Use Restrictions<\/h3>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->    <pee>You agree not to, directly or indirectly:<\/pee><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->    <\/p>\n<ul><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->        <\/p>\n<li>Copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or create derivative works of any part of the platform;<\/li>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->        <\/p>\n<li>Use automated systems (e.g., bots, crawlers) to extract or scrape data;<\/li>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->        <\/p>\n<li>Access the Service in order to build a competing product or service;<\/li>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->        <\/p>\n<li>Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access or security controls;<\/li>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->        <\/p>\n<li>Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.<\/li>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->    <\/ul>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->    <pee>Pier Cloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of violation.<\/pee><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] --><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->    <\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] --><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->    <\/p>\n<h3>4. All rights are reserved unless otherwise specified.
